The Schwartz is strong in the one

Yes, I just referenced one of my favourite comdies of all time!!! Check that off on one of my lifelong goals. All jokes aside, Jaden Schwartz is no joke. He is suddenly becoming one of the top players in the league.

Look at these statistics of him for 2017-18:

GP: 20

Goals: 10

Assists: 15

Points:25

Plus/Minus: +15

GWG: 3

That puts him in a tie for 4th place in the NHL for points. His linemate Brayden Schenn also has 25 points, and they have become quite the lethal two. Like Schenn, Schwartz has never really live up to their hype. Both were 1st Round picks, and although they have regularily but up 50 points season, they just never took their game to the next level.

This could be the year that occurs. It is only 20 games in, but both players are on pace for personal record setting season. The Schwartz is flowing stronly in them! Not only are they performing well, but so is the team. The Blue are first in the Western Conference with 27 points, and there doesn't seem to be anything that can stop them. (Not even the dark force of Lord Helmet himself) Ok, it is offical, this post has been hijacked by Space Ball references!! ;-)
