The Dallas Stars made some huge moves during the off season. They obtained a legitimate top tier goalie in Ben Bishop, and plucked the sniper Alex Radulov from the grasps of the Montreal Canadians faithful. There was alot to be excited for, however so far, that excitement has been a dud.... no KABOOMMM here.
Dallas lost 4-1 to the Nashville Predators last night, and now are off to a 1-3 start to the season. Scoring only 8 goals and giving up 12. That is pretty meager for a few highly offensive team. Ok, don't get your panties is a knot. (Wow, quite the suggestive puns today... must be Friday.. oh yess it is!!!) I know it is still early in the season, and maybe it is just a matter of time before this team gets back on track. However, it is still a concern when a stud like Alexander Radulov has yet to score a goal in 4 games on the top line of the Stars. Time with tell is this new sheriff in town will step up to the plate.
Here is a summary of other NHL actions last night.
