Pavelski is the perennial 70 to 80 point player. He hardly gets injured, logs big time minutes, scores the important goals, and is very deserving of the "C" on his jersey. Pavelski will never "WOW" you with his talent, but his work ethic is what sets him apart from the rest. That and is booming shot, he is a fundamental part to the Sharks success.

At 32 years old, he is still in his prime, and there is no reason he can't continually produce 30 goals and 70 points per year. He is that good of a player. The Sharks gave him the captaincy for a reason. He is also having another stellar year, and is help leading the Sharks to one of the best records in the NHL

Never one to require the spotlight, Pavelski is a player that fans should appreciate. He is one of those players that justify today's NHL. If you are a hockey card collector, and have not collected his cards, this is the time to start.
