Having a Panik Attack

The Chicago Blackhawks are currently having a Panik attack! I thought I would help them out, and see what you should do, during Panik attacks. So I google'd my way to find the answer. What I found was that you need to be AWARE:

Acknowledge & Accept

Wait & Watch (and maybe, Work)

Actions (to make myself more comfortable)

Repeat

End

Good advice, as always google, thank you. However, I think this is one Panik attack that Hawks fans can live with.

Richard Panik is off to a phenomenal start to the season. Through 10 games, he has 10 points (6 goals and 4 assists) Even more impressive is his 46.2% shooting percentage. (6 goals on 13 shots) Pretty good for a player that has never had more than 15 goals in a season. Where did this sudden offensive spark come from? Is he eating Wheaties? Well, no, but playing with players like Toews & Kane might help. That would give any player a lot of confidence. It is a great opportunity for him. Panik is capable of generating offensive, but it has been his defensive game that has got him in trouble in the past. Within 3 seasons he hsf played for 3 different teams.(Tampa Bay, Toronto, and now Chicago) That doesn't happen to a player for no reason.

Nevertheless, Panik is an absolute steal for the Hawks! ($875,000 1 year contract) For a salary stricken team like Chicago, he is worth his weight in gold. At that same time, Toronto fans must be thinking "We traded him for Jeremy Morin"???? One teams misfortune is another teams profit. So Hawks fans, Breathe. Acknowledge and Accept. Wait and Watch. As this is one Panik attack you want to linger on for the rest of the season.

***FUN FACT** Richard Panik is the 39th Chicago Blackhawk to wear the Jersey Number 14. Other notable Hawks that wore the same jersey include Al Secord, Steve Dubinsky and Theoren Fleury.
